Proclinical are excited to announce a vacancy for a Medical Information Director position at a biotechnological company in their Shanghai office. This organization is dedicated to being leaders in development of a new generation of innovative drugs.

Job Responsibilities

Setup and lead the medical information team.
Handle unsolicited medical inquiries from HCPs, consumers and internal colleagues from hotline/mailbox/digital channels in a timely manner with satisfaction.
Record medical inquiries in MI database.
Create standard response documents and customized medical responses to customers.
Asist medical booth set-up and staffing for 3rd party academic conference.
Provide reports update to internal stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

Must have a Master's degree in clinical medicine or related field
At least 7 year of pharmaceutical industry experience in Medical Information or related functions
Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
Fluent in spoken and written English
