Medical Affairs Operations - Contract - Redwood City, CA
Are you experienced in Medical Affairs and looking for a new challenge within operations? Proclinical is seeking a dedicated individual to provide support within Medical Affairs Operations which is perfect for you!
Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, you will drive the execution of key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will provide project management, logistical support, and oversee critical operational functions such as budgeting, contracting, analytics, and metric reporting for cross-functional activities.
Skills & Requirements:
- Degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
- Experience in pharmaceutical Medical Affairs or operations, with a focus on oncology.
- Strong organizational and project management skills across multiple complex workstreams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with content/document management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Agile, self-starter mindset with a team-oriented approach.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred but not required.
The Medical Affairs Operations' responsibilities will be:
- Lead and execute both short-term and long-term departmental projects in alignment with team and business goals.
- Provide project management and logistical support for cross-functional activities, including budgeting, contracting, and analytics.
- Develop and manage metric reporting and dashboards to track progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, field teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Oversee content and document management processes using tools like SharePoint or Box.
- Adapt to changing priorities and provide solutions to complex challenges while maintaining a patient-first and compliant approach.
Compensation:
- $60 to $80 per hour.
