Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and innovative individual to lead our raw material planning team for cancer vaccines. As a team leader, you will be responsible for optimising supply chain processes, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery readiness of raw materials and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the raw material planning team.
Coordinate activities with local and global partners including production, purchasing, suppliers, third-party logistics providers, quality, and finance teams.
Handle escalation management.
Oversee the life cycle management of materials.
Develop, improve, and document supply chain processes in the GMP environment, including tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide operational support to your team when needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Degree in supply chain management or relevant training with comparable professional experience.
Experience in material planning and operational purchasing; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Leadership experience is desirable.
High degree of responsibility, flexibility, and an independent way of working.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and good IT skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
