Marketing Manager - Contract - Lexington, MA

Proclinical is working alongside a pharmaceutical company seeking a Marketing Manager to join our client's team in Lexington, MA.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on leading and facilitating agile rituals and coordinating with cross-functional teams. This position requires a collaborative approach to foster a high-performing team environment.

Skills & Requirements:

Experience in leading agile rituals and methodologies.
Strong coordination and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Ability to foster a collaborative and transparent team environment.
Excellent communication skills.

The Marketing Manager's responsibilities will be:

Lead and facilitate agile rituals, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, medical, legal, regulatory, marketing operations, and external agencies.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging open communication and transparency.
