Proclinical is seeking a Programming Manager to be involved in both hands-on programming and managerial responsibilities, focusing on leading a team and managing resources effectively. We are looking for someone who can contribute technically while overseeing a team of 10-11 members. Fluency in English is required, and Japanese language skills are not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a programming team, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Perform hands-on programming tasks and lead technical projects.
Oversee team performance and provide guidance and support.
Coordinate resource assignments and manage team workload.
Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Strong management experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Proficiency in programming and technical project leadership.
Excellent organizational and resource management skills.
Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are optional.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
