A fantastic opportunity for a Manager of Data Science and Analytics has arisen in Warsaw. This role includes coordinating all aspects of clinical trials, providing expert technology and data processing input.
Job Responsibilities
- Leads the data science and analytics team (2-4)
- Establishes and measures set of metrics applicable for DA performance
- Prepares and maintains Standard Operating Procedures fulfilling all relevant law regulations and describing an appropriate and effective DA systems
- Develops and improves working instructions, guidelines, standards for DA team
- Assesses the effectiveness and accuracy of new solutions and techniques
- Cooperates with technology vendors to ensure data and process quality
- Maintains awareness of and adherence to the schedule of established project and process timelines
- Manages the budget of DA services
- Ensures on-going problem solving identified during cooperation with other departments and Sponsors
- Develops data science and analytics knowledge by participating in external trainings and self-training
Skills and Requirements:
- MSc or educational equivalent in computer science, life science or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience preferably in data management, data analysis
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Knowledge of GCP including a basic understanding of data management/processing requirements applicable for clinical research
- Theoretical and practical understanding of data modelling and visualization
