Maintenance Engineer - Permanent - Onsite
Proclinical Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a cutting-edge pharmaceutical company. This is a permanent role located in Maryland.
Primary Responsibilities
As the Maintenance Engineer, you will be delivering parts and maintenance solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing within a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), ensuring seamless functioning of equipment and machinery.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in equipment maintenance within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally 2+ years
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Aseptic experience is essential.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to establish good working relationships.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
- Effective communication skills.
- Results-oriented and efficient.
- Ability to work in a deadline-focused environment.
- Fluent in English with legible handwriting.
- Ability to travel between facilities.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable using PPE as needed.
The Maintenance Engineer will:
- Designing, modifying, and repairing equipment.
- Fabricating parts for machinery.
- Executing maintenance work orders.
- Providing support to manufacturing processes.
- Implementing safety regulations.
- Performing other assigned duties.
Benefits:
- Overtime available.
Compensation:
$40 - $45 hourly
