Logistic Technician - Contract - Rochester, NY

Proclinical is seeking a Logistics Technician to support kit production for clinical trial studies.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves assembling, packaging, and dispatching sampling materials and kits while ensuring quality standards are met. You will play a key part in maintaining inventory levels, coordinating shipments, and supporting internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Exceptional attention to detail.

The Logistic Technician's responsibilities will be:

Assemble and pack tubes, sampling instructions, and other materials for clinical trial
Package completed test kits with required documentation and ancillary materials.
Monitor inventory levels and notify the supervisor to prevent delays in study start-up or resupply.
Conduct quality checks and ensure processes align with company standards.
Prepare packages for shipping and arrange transportation via postal or courier services.
Coordinate the return of samples from investigators using appropriate postal or courier services.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with internal departments and external courier/postal companies.
Support other areas of the company as directed by the line manager.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, respecting patient confidentiality.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation:

$18 to $20 per hour.
