Legal Specialist- Contract - Remote within New Jersey

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Legal Specialist.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be required to focus on supplier creation, requisition submission, and invoice management. This role requires attention to detail and effective communication with the Accounts Payable team to resolve any invoice issues promptly.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in using Coupa or similar procurement systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams.
Problem-solving abilities to address invoice discrepancies.

The Legal Specialist's responsibilities will be:

Create and manage supplier profiles in the Coupa system.
Submit requisitions and facilitate purchase order (PO) creation.
Ensure accurate data entry for invoices, including PO numbers and cost center allocations.
Monitor and track the status of approved invoices to ensure timely payment.
Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to address and resolve invoice-related issues.
