A healthcare company in Shanghai is in search for a Legal Head to oversee the preparation, negotiation of contracts and management of contract function. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the organisation using your legal expertise, you will be expected to assist with corporate governance obligations and present initiatives to improve and streamline contract processes.

The organisation will rely heavily on the post holder for advice on a wide variety of patent matters, including global IP strategy. The post holder must have 7+ years of law firm and or biotech/ pharmaceutical experience, they would have handled complex IP matters.
