Proclinical are recruiting for a Lead Sales & Marketing Applications to join a pharmaceutical company. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Zurich.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple business stakeholders in the sales, marketing, and communications organizations to understand their needs and priorities.
Identify and evaluate new technologies that could benefit the organization in sales, marketing, and communications
Develop and implement IT strategies that support business goals and objectives in your area.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects in the sales and marketing area.
Communicate the value of IT investments to business leaders and stakeholders
Manage budgets and resources for IT projects and initiatives
Participate in the business applications leadership team

Key Skills and Requirements:

In-depth understanding of both the technological and business aspects of processes and software
Experience managing IT applications in sales and marketing.
Breadth of technical experience and knowledge, with deep subject matter expertise in some of the following applications:
- CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP)
- ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Intranet and Content management systems for internal communications
- Website and app development platforms
- Employee engagement apps
Experience in in project steering/management of business application projects (following certifications are beneficial: PMP, Prince2, Agile…)
Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, sales/marketing or related field
Previous 5+ years' relevant experience
