Lead HTA Statistical Advisor

Proclinical is seeking a Lead HTA Statistical Advisor for a permanent position. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about statistics and looking to apply innovative statistical approaches to solve novel data challenges. The successful candidate will be leading projects, ensuring efficient project management, compliance, and high-quality deliverables. This role offers the flexibility of full or part-time hours and the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities:

• Applying innovative statistical approaches to solve novel data challenges
• Leading projects, ensuring efficient project management, compliance, and high-quality deliverables
• Analysing phase III clinical trial data to support HTA submissions
• Providing statistical consultancy to internal and external customers
• Planning, analysing, and visualising observational and real-world data
• Supporting systematic literature reviews, data extraction, and analysis
• Critically appraising quality and reliability of data sources to support HTA decision-making
• Mentoring junior colleagues
• Contributing to internal training initiatives, process improvement and business development

Key Skills and Requirements:

• University degree in Statistics/Biostatistics or equivalent knowledge/expertise with proven industrial experience
• Knowledge of HTA-related statistical methods, including ITC, NMA, and complex statistical modelling techniques
• Awareness of regulatory standards, ICH/GCP guidelines, and HTA regulations
• Understanding of the clinical drug development process
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages (SAS and/or R)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and consistent attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, proactive, self-motivated, flexible
• Team player, strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively across cultures
• Fluent in written and spoken English
