Lead HTA Statistical Advisor

Proclinical is seeking a passionate and self-motivated Statistical Analyst to join our team. This role will involve applying innovative statistical approaches to solve novel data challenges, leading projects, and providing statistical consultancy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and experienced team, with flexible working conditions and continuous training.

Responsibilities:

• Apply inventive statistical approaches to solve novel data challenges
• Conduct and run projects, ensuring efficient project management, compliance, and high-quality deliverables
• Analyse phase III clinical trial data to support HTA submissions
• Provide statistical consultancy to internal and external customers
• Plan, analyse and visualize observational and real-world data
• Support systematic literature reviews, data extraction, and analysis
• Critically appraise quality and reliability of data sources to support HTA decision-making
• Mentor junior colleagues
• Contribute to internal training initiatives, process improvement, and business development

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Be passionate about statistics
• University degree in Biostatistics or a similar related field
• Knowledge of HTA-related methods, including ITC, NMA, and complex statistical modelling techniques
• Awareness of regulatory standards, ICH/GCP guidelines, and HTA regulations
• Understanding of the clinical drug development process
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages (SAS and/or R)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and consistent attention to detail
• Proactive, self-motivated and flexible
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively across cultures
• Fluent in written and spoken English
