Your responsibilities
Management and further development of the IT teams in the areas of service desk, operation & delivery, IT compliance and local applications
Further development of the site's IT infrastructure architecture and strategy based on the regulatory GMP requirements.
Planning resource management and carrying out proper lifecycle management of the local IT infrastructure and ensuring the availability of all critical systems within the responsible IT areas. Planning and monitoring the budget of the responsible IT areas.
Creation of cost and resource transparency as well as ongoing optimization Optimization of internal structures, procedures and processes
Enforce corporate governance models to ensure standards, rationalization and harmonization. Ensuring proper project, task and ticket management including resource management
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as the company's IT and quality policies for information systems.
Your Profile
Completed training with a focus on IT or studies with a technical orientation.
Several years of professional experience in a comparable management position in the GMP environment
Project management experience
Knowledge of key regulatory requirements for computer-based systems
Experience with data processing, hardware platforms, networking technologies, enterprise software applications and outsourced systems.
Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written) Travel up to 10%
Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and willingness to develop further. High degree of self-organization
