Proclinical is seeking a dedicated IT Lab Integration Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team. This role will be the main point of contact for our customers in the DACH region, particularly for IT departments. The successful candidate will assist with networking devices and PCs, integrating them into domain networks, cybersecurity, HOST software, and transferring data to laboratory information systems.

Responsibilities:

Advising and supporting our customers with IT-related questions and the integration of laboratory equipment.
Collaborating with IT product management and local marketing on the development of new software solutions.
Training employees on networking, domain networks, and cybersecurity.
Creating guides and documentation for networking and integrating devices.
Procuring and preparing hardware and software for customers.
Working directly with the technical department on device installations.
Assisting with the configuration of our proprietary software and its integration into existing networks.
Analyzing and resolving IT issues at customer sites (1st and 2nd level support).

Key Skills and Requirements:

Experience as an application specialist or medical technician.
Ideally, experience in medical technology, especially in in vitro diagnostics.
Solid knowledge of integrating laboratory equipment into IT systems.
High IT affinity.
Fluent in German, English, and French, both written and spoken.
Independent and structured working style.
High reliability and communication skills.
Intercultural competence and analytical thinking.
Confident demeanor and service- and solution-oriented.
High willingness to learn.
