Responsibilities
Domain Integrations according to company standards and make systems ready for GxP use:
- Group Policies management for GMP regulations
- Anti-Virus installation and configuration
- Applying and configuration of Back-Up solution.
- Configure Vendor application for AD user management
Support IT related topics:
- Install, configure, and support workstations, firewall rules, hardware, printers…
- Install and configure software and functions according to specifications
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Support in case of IT-issues for work devices and GMP units.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
Contact with vendor:
- Prepare all IT related topics with vendors for upcoming projects for smooth integration

Requirements
Apprenticeship + / Degree / Demonstrable industry experience (5 years)
- Basic IT-network services (Active-Directory, DNS, DHCP, Policy Management…)
- Good Knowledge of Windows OS (Settings, Registry…)
- Knowledge in GMP (preferable)
- Language: Fluent command of English and/or proven knowledge in German necessary (read and
write) and other desirable.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing and able to train/support colleagues
