International Marketing Director

Proclinical are recruiting for an International Marketing Director to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Zug.

Responsibilities:

• Handle marketing partner agency relations, workflow and linked expense budgets.
• Collaborate with international marketing and affiliate commercial leads to guarantee constant pull through of marketing method.
• You will both develop and deliver presentations to senior management.
• Recognise market research and acumens requirements for QINLOCK and Vimseltinib and cooperate with Market Insights to execute suitable studies.
• The ideal candidate will analyse customer acumens, supervise brand performance and competitive dynamics to notify/modify marketing/bran method and acknowledge customer requirements.
• Serve as an integral part of congress planning team and pull-through flawless congress implementation.
• Form and execute the ideas of learning, development, and constant improvement as core competencies of the commercial environment.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a business, scientific or similar field, though an MBA would be ideal.
• Demonstrable experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech organisations.
• Demonstrable experience within digital marketing, which involves social media, website, and digital measurement plans.
• Familiarity within oncology and rare disease launch.
• Keen on working within a fast-paced setting, striving to brilliance and working well within a team.
• A background in working efficiently across shareholders of all levels with influential abilities.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Able to uphold a "no job is too big or too small" mindset.
• Interpersonal capabilities.
• Capable of adapting to change within he work setting.
• Able to handle competing demands, as well as change approaches or strategies to fit the situation.
• Capacity to manage frequent change, delays, or unexpected events with maturity and professionalism.
