ICT Security Operations Engineer

Proclinical is seeking an ICT Security Operations Engineer to join our client's team in Bonaduz. In this role, you will be a key player in enhancing and maintaining our security operations center (SOC). Your focus will be on automating incident responses, managing central log and SIEM systems, and ensuring robust ICT security across the organization.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the existing SOC team to enhance operations.
• Support the development of SOC processes and automation of incident handling.
• Operate and integrate central log and SIEM systems with other interfaces.
• Identify, implement, and monitor security measures.
• Manage and monitor company-wide ICT security systems.
• Maintain the Web Application Firewall (WAF).
• Strengthen computer system security.
• Analyze security events and assess their impact on ICT systems.
• Initiate and coordinate immediate actions during security threats.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Background in computer science with a focus on security.
• Strong ICT security expertise.
• Experience in Microsoft system support.
• Proficiency in German and English (at least B2 level).
• Team-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Reliable, customer-focused, and independent problem solver.
