Human Resources Coordinator - Contract - Plainsboro, NJ

Proclinical is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our client's team.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on providing timely and professional responses to employee inquiries, ensuring each interaction is positive and informative. You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver expert knowledge and use various resources to resolve issues effectively. Your broad understanding of Human Resources will help minimize escalations to HR Business Partners or Centers of Excellence.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in using HR reference materials and resources.
Broad understanding of Human Resources practices.

The Human Resources Coordinator's responsibilities will be:

Respond to employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure positive customer experiences.
Utilize procedures, policy manuals, and knowledge bases to assist in resolving issues.
Maintain a broad knowledge of Human Resources to support employee questions.
