Proclinical are recruiting for a Human Resource Business Partner Singapore to join a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Manage employment-linked inquiries from applicants, personnel and supervisors referring multifaceted and/or sensitive matters to the suitable personnel.
You will recruit and enable the hiring of qualified job applicants for open roles.
The ideal candidate will HR assistance and personnel engagement aligned with HQ HR method and policies as well as produce novel employee engagement solutions.
Generate, update, and implement all HR policies and company regulations.
Preserve knowledge of trends, best practices, law changes and new technologies in human resources and talent management.
Serve as a connection to form corporation culture integrated with local culture and the HQ.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a HR or psychology field would be ideal.
Demonstrable experience in an HR field, with expertise on local employment law and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity within a business HR partner role for commercial team in APAC.
A high degree of integrity, confidentiality abilities with the capacity to present self in a professional manner.
Interpersonal and deliberation capabilities.
Able to resolve issues.
Fluency in both English and Chinese.
