Proclinical are recruiting a HEOR & Global Market Access Manager for a pharmaceutical corporation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Frankfurt. The client is focused on improving the health of everyone.

Responsibilities:

Guide the company's international market access and pricing team.
Handle all actions to optimise the international market access for the whole current and future product portfolio of the company.
Assist the company's associates and distributors in tender business.
You will offer market access reviews to leverage business development prospects and portfolio growth.
Work alongside the international functions, commercial regions, and co-dependent business units to guarantee efficient implementation of market access and pricing initiatives.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a life science or business field, though an MBA would be ideal.
Past involvement within a healthcare or similar organisation, and/or familiarity within a pertinent consulting firm.
Acquaintance working within market access and HEOR in an international perspective, especially Europe.
Familiarity handling high value-added speciality products and launching novel remedies with significant payer influence.
Knowledge and experience in project team management within a matrix setting.
Previous involvement in a leadership role would be beneficial.
Fluency in the English language with knowledge in German would be ideal.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Analytical capabilities with a structured way of operating.
A self-driven individual with an accountable working mindset.
