Proclinical is seeking a Health Economics and Reimbursement Lead for a home-based role. This role involves leading a team to ensure optimal strategies are developed for medicine access and reimbursement. The successful candidate will also be responsible for shaping the company's response to external Health Technology Assessment (HTA) strategy and policy levers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute National Access strategies to enable medicine reimbursement across the UK and Ireland.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, influencing policy related to HTA and reimbursement priorities.
- Lead the Health Economics and Reimbursement team, nurturing talent and aligning capabilities to meet needs.
Requirements:
- Excellent technical skills in evidence synthesis, health economics, and critical appraisal.
- Strong understanding of UK & Ireland payer environment, including reimbursement, pricing, contracting, and HTA policy.
- Leadership skills with a proven ability to shape strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with senior leaders.
