We are looking for a Head of Marketing! This company believes that the key to improving cardiovascular health is to provide patients and physicians a deeper understanding of the blood pressure pattern. Before this company, it was not possible to do this at scale.

We are an early-stage, venture-backed start-up that has raised over $28M from top-tier investors in Europe and the United States. We have developed and brought to market the world's first continuous blood pressure monitor. Our technology is based on 15 years of research by our founders at the prestigious Swiss Center for Electronics and Microtechnology (CSEM). The company's solution has been validated through extensive clinical trials and received the CE Mark as a Class IIa medical device giving us commercial access to 43 countries worldwide.

In this role, you will be leading the positioning, messaging and marketing programs for the company. You will be responsible for clearly defining and communicating the company's core messages to consumer, healthcare, and industry audiences. You will be building a leading an international team, and collaborating very closely with colleagues across functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Clearly define our audience personas across consumer, healthcare, and industry.
  • Create consistent positioning statements, messaging and supporting materials.
  • Be the expert on competition and the market, and how to communicate our differentiation.
  • Create and execute the marketing strategy and plan.
  • Recruit and manage a team to execute across marketing, content, and design.
  • Work collaboratively with consumer and healthcare sales leaders; build campaigns and content that support sales goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the product team to better understand and engage our users, to market key product features and benefits, and to support new releases.
  • Set objectives for and manage public relations agencies across the US and Europe.
  • Build the company's visibility through participation in industry events and submission for awards.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience as a marketing leader, with core skillset in Product Marketing.
  • A passion for storytelling and ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Experience marketing to consumer and business audiences.
  • Preferable experience in healthcare, or with health, fitness, or wellness products.
  • In-depth knowledge of all Product Marketing functions.
  • Ability to personally execute on these functions as well as to build and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both live and asynchronously.
  • Outstanding project management skills, including on-time delivery and attention to detail.
  • Data oriented and analytical, ability to create and execute to measurable KPI's .
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset, ability to quickly adapt to internal and external feedback.
