Non-Billing Sales Leader - Life Sciences, Publishing

Proclinical is seeking a Sales Leader to spearhead an experienced sales team and drive our ongoing revenue growth. You will support the sales team, coaching them through the sales process, sharing market insights and bring new ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Sales team, ensuring adherence to the sales process and maximising quality. productivity in a high-performance environment.
  • Provide support to the sales team to achieve their KPIs, revenue targets, and goals.
  • Analyse data and metrics to improve the sales process and better outcomes.
  • Management of sales pipeline.
  • Hands on support in nurturing and closing business.


  • Proven track record of successfully managing a sales team.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire the team in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent presentation and organisational skills and an effective people/department leader.
  • A visible presence in the office 5 days per week.
