Head of Digital
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Milan with a world leading global pharmaceutical company as The Head of Digital. This role will be responsible for the digital strategy and creating valuable partnerships, globally and regionally.
- Create one Digital and Customer engagement Strategy that works Globally and Regionally
- Creates valuable partnership with the open innovation approach
- Execute the AD strategy and Customer engagement plan/activities/services and solutions at local level with a focus on digital solutions for patient and customers
- Budget and plan timely execution responsibilities at the best quality possible
- Supports Commercial, Medical, IT and FFE as well as other functions in their customer engagement projects with a focus on digital activities.
- Builds and maintains relations to Global and Regional functions, necessary to support local projects and first point of contact for them
Skills and Requirements
- Master's degree in economics or science
- Fluent English
- Proven work experience as a digital and/or multichannel/customer engagement lead ideally in pharmaceutical/health care sector
