Proclinical are recruiting a Head of Clinical Operations for a small CRO establishment. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Madrid. The client is focused on providing their clients with personalised solutions.

Responsibilities:

Offer scientific and operational assistance to each of the project teams.
To guarantee optimal evolvement, amalgamation of all divisions included, you will form meetings on an internal basis when needed with the personnel allocated to the projects.
You will attend international project meetings with the promoter if support is needed from said promoter.
When needed, you will conduct all the responsibilities of the CPL.
Monitor clinical project managers / project managers of clinical trials and observational studies.
Collaborate with the quality assurance and compliance division the required training of operations staff.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.
