Are you an experienced Clinical Operations Head looking for a new challenge? Do you need a supportive company with a good culture that has a proven record of success? Do you want to work on a range of different therapy areas and build/develop a team to assist you?

Proclinical are exclusively partnered with a small exciting Biotech based in France looking for a Head of Clinical Operations:

This is a successful company with approved products already who are now looking to develop their pipeline into a new batch of Clinical Studies

Extensive pipeline with a number of studies moving from Preclinical into phase I over the next 12 months.
Leading a team of around 5 CTMs and Clinical Trial Coordinators.
Strategic role working directly with the CMO to develop new strategies and Clinical Development Plans.
€120-140,000 base but flexible for the right candidate.
Bonus and shares on offer.
Relocation assistance from EU/UK possible.

You will need:

Extensive experience bringing drugs from preclinical (IND/CTA enabling) through to phase I/II.
Ability to lead clinical teams strategically and grow the team when needed.
Experience working with both US and EU regulations.
Ability to come into the office when required.
Prior experience working at a strategic level in clinical operations and development.
Experience creating Clinical Development Plans.
Direct sponsor experience (not CRO).
