Proclinical is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for the role of Head of Business Management - Biopharma. This role involves leading and expanding the Biopharma Pharma Solutions business globally, focusing on business steering and end-to-end profitability. The successful candidate will foster a culture of leadership within the global business team and will have regular interactions with key customers and plants worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand the Biopharma Pharma Solutions business globally.
- Foster a culture of leadership within the global business team.
- Engage in regular interactions with key customers and plants worldwide.
- Drive people development and define long-term growth strategy and execution plan.
- Build relationships and expand the Biopharma network.
- Define and implement Value Pricing Strategies.
- Lead the Biopharma marketing team and conduct in-depth analysis of global and regional product markets.
- Support the generation of new business development leads.
- Guide IP strategy and support development projects.
- Support competitor evaluation, define product specifications, and establish release criteria for existing products and new product developments.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- PhD in Science Discipline.
- Experience in the Biopharma industry at a leadership level.
- Excellent cross-functional and cross-cultural steering skills.
- Strong people development skills.
- Team management and leadership experience.
- Experience in building interdisciplinary teams.
- Multicultural management experience.
- Experience in strategic portfolio development and innovation management.
