Proclinical is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee information security within our trading environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, fostering a security-focused culture, and driving innovative solutions. This position is integral to our organization and collaborates closely with our Group CISO.

Responsibilities:

Implement and customize group-wide security strategies for the trading IT landscape.
Develop and maintain best practices in information security, including strategy, architecture, processes, controls, and culture.
Conduct cybersecurity maturity risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Oversee the design, maintenance, and optimization of information security processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and group standards.
Serve as the central contact for security audits, incident management, and non-compliance issues.
Promote an information security culture through targeted training programs and awareness campaigns.
Lead and develop the information security team, aligning skills and resources with organizational needs.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Advanced degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, or a related field; CISSP or CISM certification is a plus.
Significant experience in information security, preferably within the energy trading sector.
Proven leadership skills, including team development and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong knowledge of ISMS implementation, security risk management, and security architecture.
Fluent in English; proficiency in German or Spanish is a plus.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
