Proclinical is seeking an HCP Engagement Project Manager to work with a leading pharmaceutical company located in Plainsboro, NJ. As the HCP Engagement Project Manager, you will work with multiple stakeholders (Vendors, employees, Global employees, Health Care Professionals) to remediate any missing or incorrect event data that is needed to close out our HCP Engagements (Speaker programs, Consultants, Advisors) and identify and implement closeout/remediation process enhancements to improve organizational efficiency.

Must be eligible to work or be a citizen in the US.

Job Responsibility:

Following up with employees/HCPs on incomplete HCP event payments vs approved Engagement payments and/or addressing missing or in-complete/inaccurate expense attribution for events.
Document and iterate current follow up processes with roles/responsibilities, timelines, and escalation cadence.
Create and distributing reporting that allows greater visibility around general close out timelines/accuracy and progress against our follow up activities with identification of common trends for further investigation.
Identify and suggest potential system/operational changes we can make to help improve efficiency versus 2022 by reducing overall volume of events that require remediation, improve event owner closeout timeliness, and reduce average time to remediate events after initial QA check is completed by our vendor.
