Proclinical are recruiting a Group Quality Laboratory Manager for a lab organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and can be located in Geneva or Barcelona. The client is focused on providing various scientific services.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the compliance promptness of providers of commercial CE-IVD devices with IVDR in collaboration with the Group procurement team.
Enable communications and sharing of best practices and good examples with others.
Contribute to the development and deployment of a strong quality culture from the organisation's executive management to the rest of the company.
You will highlight possible threats and prospects for quality via systematic risk examination.
Arrange the definition, supervising, reporting and examination of performance-linked information for all labs.
Guarantee that the company's labs are fully accredited per ISO 15189:2012 when needed.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to an advanced degree level in a technical/process engineering/QA field with experience working within a healthcare organisation.
Knowledge in ISO 15189, ISO 17025 and ISO 9001.
Past involvement in in-vitro diagnostic directive and/or guideline.
Expertise on quality process mapping and development.
Capable of affecting change.
Fluency in the English language.
At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
