Grants Manager B - Contract - Philadelphia, PA
Proclinical is seeking a Grants Manager B to join a dedicated team.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will independently manage complex grants, including training grants and program projects with multiple sub-contracts. This role involves active participation in specific projects, such as the annual budget submission, and requires significant experience in grants management, including financial analysis.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience with NIH or Federal Grants.
- Pre and post-award management experience.
- Strong understanding of grant portfolios and annual budget submissions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
The Grants Manager B's responsibilities will be:
- Manage proposal and budget development, submission, and related pre-award activities for a diverse sponsor portfolio.
- Handle post-award activities, including account setup, monitoring, and reviewing sponsored project expenditures and fund projections.
- Ensure compliance with sponsor guidelines and OMB Uniform Guidance.
- Meet with principal investigators to discuss and advise on financial and regulatory issues related to new proposals and existing grants/portfolios.
- Maintain salary grids.
