Grants Coordinator A/B - Contract - Philadelphia PA

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Grants Coordinator A/B to support the Grants Managers within the Hematology/Oncology division.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves managing financial reporting, assisting in proposal preparation, supporting budget development, and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines. The successful candidate will also monitor expenditures, correct transactions, and serve as a backup for purchasing, check requests, and payroll.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience in grant submissions and managing financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with university financial systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

The Grants Coordinator's responsibilities will be:

  • Produce and manage financial reports, including specialized reports for complex projects.
  • Assist in proposal preparation and support budget development.
  • Monitor expenditures and identify incorrect transactions.
  • Prepare documentation for corrections and data entry of correcting transactions.
  • Update and distribute internal reports.
  • Serve as backup for purchasing, check requests, and payroll.
  • Provide pre-award support in budget and proposal development.
  • Ensure compliance with sponsor, division, school, and university guidelines.
