Proclinical is seeking a Global Recruiting Operations Project Manager for a leading biopharmaceutical company located in Foster City, CA.

Must be eligible to work in the US.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver a set of recruiting projects across various countries and regions aimed at developing scalable solutions to increase efficiency and enhance the candidate experience
  • Drive projects by owning all planning, execution, communication and change management across recruiting in partnership with our TA Leadership Team and Recruitment Process Outsourcing Partners
  • Develop and lead trainings as part of rolling out new process improvements to recruiting team members and managers
  • Leverage data to define KPIs and success metrics, in order to track the effectiveness of our initiatives over time and inform strategic decisions
  • Make recommendations for key recruiting metrics to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement
  • Identify opportunities for ongoing operational improvements across recruiting
  • Bring together our hiring goals and our addressable talent pools with strategic recruitment programs, targeted campaigns & social media strategies
  • Work with data, analyze and present insights to drive decisions and adjust our approach and investments as a result
  • Provide creative, scalable data and tools solutions to guide recruiting programs to meet our hiring goals and support implementation and adoption across the organization.
  • Identify and troubleshoot opportunities for ongoing operational improvements across recruiting, with a focus on scale and automation.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven project or program management experience in Recruiting build outs or transformation, either internally or in a consulting environment
  • Ability to manage multiple cross-regional or multi-location projects simultaneously, work autonomously, and navigate ambiguity with ease
  • Experience building and scaling processes in a high-growth, rapidly adapting environment
  • Experience employing change management principles with impact
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey project strategies, roadmaps, priorities and goals through compelling visuals and presentations
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
