Proclinical are recruiting a Global Marketing Director for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Gaithersburg. Our client is focused on engineering ground-breaking remedies to be used by many.
Responsibilities:
- You will represent & provide commercial input on a numerous amount of GPT development workstreams.
- Deliver commercial business situations to pertinent approving bodies for LCM investments decisions.
- Generate ground-breaking anemia market development programs in alliance with broader CVRM initiatives.
- Produce & manage commercial evaluation plans to discover areas of significance: Market Landscape evaluation, Insight Plan, Strategy Development, Forecast Development - in close cross-functional alliance.
- This role entails developing, securing funding and distributing pre-launch commercial plans for invested/live LCM programs.
Skills & Requirements:
- Obtained a Bachelor's degree or comparable.
- Solid proficiency in market examination, deep market research understandings mining, forecast investigation and business case development with scenario planning.
- Comprehensive understanding of the development procedures and essential commercial touchpoints.
- Adequate comprehension of technical risks & implications for the commercial aspects to future brands.
- Sufficient knowledge on market-shaping solutions leveraging innovative & disruptive models.
- Evolving captivating business cases especially focused on LCM assets (in-country / above-country).
- Working with R&D, medical affairs, Pricing / Market access as a commercial lead in CFTs.
- Working with external customers including patients, prescribers, payers, providers and partners.
- Exhibits commitment to customers (internal or external) by acting ethically to produce value for them and for the company. Adheres to the company's core values.
- Self-sufficiently classifies growth opportunities, forms a sense of precision, sets direction, generates devotion, stabilises short & long-term requirements, beneficially resolve problems.
- Skilful in forming and acting on verdicts swiftly and efficiently and adopts the same in others, based on underlying courage to enable appropriate risk-taking for the business.
- Able to hold self and others liable in order to guarantee performance expectations (both the 'what' and the 'how') are met or exceeded.
- Abilities to influence R&D to warrant strong commercial focus.
- Enthusiastically generates and endorses cross-boundary teamwork with the aim of achieving better business results. Boundaries can exist between individuals, geographies, cultures, teams, functions, organisations, etc.
- Invests one's time and energy to proactively develop oneself, others, and the organisation.
- MBA is preferred but not essential to the role.
- Specialty medicines with complex ecosystems (patients, healthcare providers, systems, payer).
- Global/international experience.
- Relevant TA experience.
- Inline Brand Marketing Company experience (or external similar).
- Market development and expansion work (Pre-launch and/or Post-launch).
- Contact to and a proven track record of operative management of decision-making bodies.
