Proclinical is seeking a dedicated leader in Global HEOR to oversee the execution and dissemination of non-interventional studies that support data generation plans.
Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, you will act as a scientific lead, collaborating across medical, market access, R&D and commercial teams, as well as engaging with external thought leaders. This position involves managing multiple studies ensuring quality control.
Skills & Requirements:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MSc or equivalent) in health outcomes, health economics, epidemiology, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field.
- Expertise in dossier development, adherence studies, indirect treatment comparisons, and country-level engagement.
- Experience in respiratory/asthma therapy areas.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Proven project management skills to oversee timelines and deliverables across multiple countries.
The Global HEOR Director - Respiratory Biologics' responsibilities will be:
- Lead the execution and communication of real‑world evidence (RWE) and non‑interventional studies in line with data generation strategies.
- Act as the scientific lead for assigned studies, working closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Oversee study timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality assurance across protocols, statistical analysis plans (SAPs), reports, abstracts, and manuscripts.
- Partner with country‑level teams to contribute to local evidence‑generation activities and monitor ongoing progress.
