Freelance Associate Director Clinical Operations

This is a full time contract position, running for an initial 6-moth period with a possibility of extension.

Job Responsibilities:

• Taking responsibility for strategic oversight of multiple vendors such as the CRO.
• Managing a team of Clinical Operations Manager on a global level.

Skills and Requirements:

• At least 8 years of study management experience.
• A monitoring background preferred plus experience working in complex therapy areas.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.

• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
