Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst III with a biopharmaceutical company located in North Chicago, IL. Successful candidate will act as subject matter expert and provide guidance on outsourcing contracts pricing structure and PO process.

Job Responsibilities:

Review and approve monthly invoices for outsourcing contracts.
Resolve billing and payment issues with Accounts Payable and service providers.
Set up operational calendar for invoice review process and monthly reporting process, work with service providers and COE partners, invoice verification and report generating.
Act as subject matter expert and provide guidance on outsourcing contracts pricing structure and PO process.
Generate periodic financial reports and analysis pertaining to the outsourcing programs.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required in related field.
5+ years' experience in Finance & Accounting.
Finance and Accounting for contract experience preferred.
SAP experience preferred.
Expertise in Office product suite such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
