Proclinical are recruiting for a Fill-Finish Specialist to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in the Nordics.

Responsibilities:

Oversee production procedures for drug product filing and inspection and packaging actions.
Serve as an SME writer/evaluator and/or approver for written processes, SOPs, etc.
You will support the training of personnel, guaranteeing that manufacturing technicians are suitably trained for their job functions and that the training is reported in a compliant manner.
Partake in the smooth technical transfer of new procedures/product into manufacturing.
Responsible for targeting to constantly recognise procedures improvement and waste elimination prospects to assist in producing and maintain a lean, flexible and agile manufacturing facility.
Accountable for serving as an SME writer of Deviations, CAPAs relating to DPM procedures as needed in span of knowledge.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a technical field such as biotechnology, engineering, biochemistry or similar discipline would be beneficial.
Demonstrable experience in (bio)pharmaceuticals, ideally in GMP drug product fil/finish settings.
Familiarity in aseptic manufacturing would be beneficial for the role.
Works well in a team with leadership and organisation abilities.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Computer literacy.
