Proclinical is seeking dedicated Field Sales Representatives for Gyn-Oncology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical presentation and marketing of related products to specialists in private practice and clinics. This role will also involve implementing brand strategies, conducting market analysis and organising training events.
Responsibilities:
- Present and market products to specialists in private practice and clinics.
- Implement brand strategy to launch and expand market share of our product.
- Conduct market analysis based on available data, identifying potential and critical developments.
- Conceptualize, coordinate, and implement an area plan within the infield team.
- Provide competent customer management, including active advice to doctors, pharmacists, and health organizations.
- Organize and implement training events, and attend regional and national events.
- Collect market information and customer insights, determining the customer position in the sales cycle.
- Complete all administrative tasks in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate effectively within the infield team, promoting open communication and a constant exchange of experiences and ideas.
- Proactively commit to customer needs and share responsibility for achieving regional objectives.
- Comply with all applicable functional, legal, and regulatory requirements, including ethics and compliance procedures and the Code of Business Conduct.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- University degree in natural sciences or pharmaceutical representative training.
- Experience in field sales within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge in the therapeutic area of oncology, preferably in the field of gynaecological oncology.
- Good English proficiency.
