Proclinical is seeking a Clinical and Scientific Expert who will contribute to the clinical and scientific knowledge base for our products. The successful candidate will support our Clinical Studies team, deliver educational programs, and represent the company at scientific congresses and professional organisations. This role also involves developing and maintaining relations with consulting advisors and key opinion leaders as well as supporting content development for marketing and educational purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and scientific expertise to support colleagues and products
- Assist the Clinical Studies team with study design, data analysis, and interpretation
- Create and deliver scientific and clinically relevant presentations, seminars, and educational programs
- Represent Proclinical at scientific congresses, standards committees, and international professional organizations
- Develop and maintain relations with consulting advisors and key opinion leaders
- Support and review scientific and clinically relevant content development for marketing and educational purposes
- Coordinate and respond to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with the R&D team, Product Managers, and Product Application Specialists
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Medicine, Biomedical Analytics, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or a similar discipline. An advanced degree (PhD) is a plus but not required.
- Experience as a Specialist in Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine, ideally with experience and a publication track record in preanalytical research phase.
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Excellent English skills as well as a very good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to find new approaches and solutions and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Membership of international professional organizations such as IFCC and EFLM is preferred.
