Proclinical is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant with a biotechnology company located in Cambridge, MA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, prepare correspondence, expense and statistical reporting.
- Schedule travel, appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and develop agendas for leadership team meetings, take minutes, and prepare presentation decks as needed.
- Supports at least one VP and associated leadership team; candidate is expected to work with the admin team to assist in covering gaps.
Skills and Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience and High school/GED required; BA preferred.
- Candidate should be fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
