An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive and Sales Assistant at an exclusive pharmaceutical company based in Paris. In this role, you will be the privileged administrative interlocutor of the field team. You will provide the secretariat and take charge of the network's assistantship in accordance with the Professional Information Charter and the DMOS law.

Job Responsibilities

Monitoring of declarations, contracts, and payments with the service provider Management of IT material in collaboration with IT EU / Global - Management of the computer "park".
Upgrading computer connections.
Implementation of training courses with the configuration of laptops and IPADs
Software downloads and verifications Administrative
In collaboration with Service provider, DMOS administrative support for the organisation of major symposia, congress for the subsidiary,

Skills and Requirements

Ability to analyse and synthesise
Manage his/her time and prioritise
Speed of execution and ability to manage projects in their entirety
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Veeva..) - English : fluent
Professional Experience of 3-5 years as marketing/sales /executive assistant
