Engagement Manager - Permanent - Remote - United States (Boston)

Proclinical is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead and manage projects within the life sciences sector.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will advise clients, develop strategies, and foster relationships to drive business growth and deliver impactful solutions.

Skills & Requirements:

5+ years of consulting/business management experience
Bachelor's in science, engineering, or related field; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
Expertise in Program Management, Organizational Strategy, Analytics, or Digital Transformation.

The Engagement Manager's responsibilities will be:

Project Leadership: Oversee project execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Strategic Thinking: Translate client goals into actionable plans.
Problem-Solving & Analytics: Use data-driven insights to develop recommendations.
Client Management: Serve as a primary contact, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Communication & Collaboration: Present insights effectively and lead teams.
Business Growth: Identify opportunities to add value for clients.
Adaptability: Navigate dynamic environments and drive results.

Additional Information

Travel up to 80% based on client needs.
Ability to work across US and international time zones.
US work authorization and fluency in English required.
