Proclinical is seeking a Project Representative to provide scientific leadership in the discovery of small molecule drug candidates.

Primary Responsibilities:

In this role, you will integrate DMPK strategies to advance drug discovery projects across various therapeutic areas. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage external research efforts, and optimize molecules using in vitro, in vivo, and in silico methods. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to communicate complex data effectively.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong expertise in ADME principles, with knowledge of PK-PD modeling or biotransformation highly desirable.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex scientific challenges independently and collaboratively.
Experience working with CROs and managing outsourced ADME-related projects.
Excellent communication skills to convey scientific findings to diverse audiences.
Relevant publications or abstracts in metabolism, drug interaction, or PK-PD modeling.
Proficiency in cross-cultural collaboration and teamwork.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) with industry or post-doctoral experience preferred.

The Project Representative's responsibilities will be:

Serve as the DMPK project representative for global cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Provide expert guidance on experimental plans and data interpretation, particularly in ADME-PK-DDI or PK-PD modeling and simulation.
Design, implement, and interpret DMPK experiments in collaboration with Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
Analyze complex datasets, connect findings, and present conclusions to stakeholders.
Document all experimental activities and results accurately.
Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to drive project success and share knowledge.
Write and review research manuscripts, project documents, and milestone reports.
Represent the organization at scientific conferences and global meetings as a subject matter expert.

Compensation:

$120 to $140 per hour.
