Proclinical is seeking a Project Representative to provide scientific leadership in the discovery of small molecule drug candidates.

Primary Responsibilities:

In this role, you will integrate DMPK strategies to advance drug discovery projects across various therapeutic areas. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage external research efforts, and optimize molecules using in vitro, in vivo, and in silico methods. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to communicate complex data effectively.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in ADME principles, with knowledge of PK-PD modeling or biotransformation highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex scientific challenges independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience working with CROs and managing outsourced ADME-related projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey scientific findings to diverse audiences.
  • Relevant publications or abstracts in metabolism, drug interaction, or PK-PD modeling.
  • Proficiency in cross-cultural collaboration and teamwork.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) with industry or post-doctoral experience preferred.

The Project Representative's responsibilities will be:

  • Serve as the DMPK project representative for global cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on experimental plans and data interpretation, particularly in ADME-PK-DDI or PK-PD modeling and simulation.
  • Design, implement, and interpret DMPK experiments in collaboration with Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
  • Analyze complex datasets, connect findings, and present conclusions to stakeholders.
  • Document all experimental activities and results accurately.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to drive project success and share knowledge.
  • Write and review research manuscripts, project documents, and milestone reports.
  • Represent the organization at scientific conferences and global meetings as a subject matter expert.

Compensation:

  • $120 to $140 per hour.
