Proclinical are recruiting a Director Study Management (Oncology) for a pharmaceutical establishment. This role is on a permanent basis. The client is focused on distributing transformative remedies.

Responsibilities:

Partake in the production of optimal patient recruitment tactics.
Offer performance management, performance examination, and rewards submissions for direct reports, and levels below as pertinent.
Produce relationships and networks with investigators and any other company personnel.
Cooperate in international/local conversations and provide advice on international/local specific queries concerning oncology studies.
You will promote and encourage discussions within and across the divisions.
Recognise and enable resolution of multifaceted studies and teams, people issues and concerns.
Guarantee compliance with all locally and internationally used systems, for example: VCV, MyTime, Accord, etc.
The ideal candidate will assist and conform to continuous assurance actions, reporting and activities when needed.
