Director of Nursing - Permanent - Fort Worth, TX

Are you an experienced nursing leader with a background in infusion therapy and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care in the home setting?

Proclinical is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead and manage a home infusion nursing program.

Primary Responsibilities:

In this role, you will oversee operational and administrative tasks, coordinate patient care with providers and pharmacy teams, and may also provide direct infusion nursing care in home settings. This position involves teaching patients and caregivers about home medical management and ensuring high-quality care delivery.

Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) certification required.
• ONS Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Provider Card required.
• CRNI (Certified Registered Nurse Infusion) certification desirable.
• Commitment to ongoing education to maintain licensure and certifications.

The Director of Nursing's responsibilities will be:

• Oversee the operations and management of the home infusion nursing program.
• Coordinate nursing visits and related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacy teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide direct infusion nursing care to patients in their homes as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home medical management techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.

Compensation:

• $48 to $50 per hour.
