Digital Learning Manager - Contract - Basking Ridge, NJ

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and innovative Digital Learning Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves creating and implementing engaging, technology-driven learning solutions. The successful candidate will be required to use various software's and methodologies in order to lead the team to the best of their ability.

Skills & Requirements:

BS degree
Three years of experience applying adult learning and design best practices to develop engaging and effective learning resources.
Must have experience with LXP, LCMS and LMS platforms.
A clinical background is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office products and proficient with rapid development authoring tools.
Knowledge of incorporating multimedia elements (audio, video, and graphics) into blended learning solutions.

The Digital Learning Manager's responsibilities will be:

Create interactive, engaging, scalable sessions incorporating facilitator guides, PowerPoint presentations, and job aids using rapid prototyping, SAM, ADDIE, and agile development approaches.
Develop and implement consistent operational protocols for learning innovation through technology
Ensure all work is in compliance with regulations
Ensure seamless execution across all cross-functional partners.
Ability to use software applications daily such as Photoshop, Premiere, Captivate, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Articulate and RISE.
