Dietician - Contract - Glendale, CA and Baltimore, MD

Proclinical is seeking two Dietitians to support a weight loss drug study involving overweight adults. The study is expected to begin in late August or early September and will include approximately 48 participants.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on providing individualized nutrition plans and ongoing counseling throughout the 337-day study. One position is based in Glendale, CA, and the other in Baltimore, MD.
Skills & Requirements:
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity to participants' needs in a potentially sensitive study.
- Ability to provide both in-person and remote support as required.
- Prior clinical research experience is preferred but not mandatory.
The Dietician's responsibilities will be:
- Develop and deliver personalized nutrition plans for study participants.
- Provide ongoing counseling and support to participants throughout the study duration.
- Meet with participants every four weeks to review food diaries and monitor progress.
- Offer in-person support, with occasional remote visits as needed.
- Be onsite approximately 13-14 times during the study, with scheduling determined post-enrollment.
