Proclinical is seeking a Data & Digital Workflow Specialist to focus on enhancing data accessibility, optimizing digital workflows, and ensuring compliance with FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) principles. You will collaborate with scientific and technical teams to streamline processes, integrate digital tools, and improve data usability. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance data accessibility and interoperability by implementing FAIR workflows and conducting process analysis.
  • Optimize data pipelines, integrate digital tools, and migrate legacy data for improved usability.
  • Lead product development, solution rollouts, user training, and change management initiatives.
  • Document workflows and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system usage.
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT, business teams, and end-users, while reporting progress to leadership.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, bioinformatics, or data science.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, data pipeline optimization, and digital workflow enhancement, particularly in scientific or laboratory environments.
  • Strong understanding of FAIR data principles, process analysis, and product ownership.
  • Familiarity with SLIMS, LIMS, eLN, data management systems, and lab automation is advantageous.
  • Excellent collaboration, analytical, and communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
